BoxWave Capacitive iPad Stylus

Product Description
While capacitive touch screens are great, one flaw is the inability to use a stylus. Not anymore! BoxWave’s Capacitive Stylus allows you to use your iPad without ever touching the screen with your finger.  Perfect for the ladies out there who have their nails done, or for those who don’t want to take their gloves off during a cold day. I bought one and it works ok but its cheesy quality…then I saw what TouchTec offers with its pen and stylus — much better value, better quality.

Must have for all iPad users. Speeds up your search and keeps the screen clean. Also, great for note taking – with the appropriate application.

Initially I bought the pogo stylus which was OK but two things bugged me about it. It seemed to require a fair amount of pressure to start drawing, and I didn’t realize how small it is. Not just small, but fairly thin as well. It’s not all that natural to use so I could see getting a little fatigued after using it for extended periods. I saw some recommendations for the Boxwave product and gave it a try. There’s a huge difference. First of all, it’s a little longer and much wider than the pogo. It feels much more like holding a real pen. The added pocket clip was a good addition as well. The other thing is it doesn’t seem to require as much pressure to operate. Writing and drawing with it seem much more natural. Initially I though the plastic head would skip on the iPad surface, but it glides quite smoothly. It works just as well on my iPhone. I definitely recommend it.

Really nothing new to add, but wanted to add my voice to the chorus. I have a Pogo, but it is a toy.the Boxwave is the real deal. It is responsive, smooth, comfortable, and durable…. Everything the Pogo is not.
