Product Description

The soft tip glides easily over the surface of your trackpad or display, making it fun and easy to sketch, draw characters, or just slide to unlock. Sized for comfort, it does away with inaccuracies common to fingertip-only use.Turn your MacBook trackpad into a pen tablet for premium drawing programs! Complete waste of money. Just glue a piece of soft foam on to the end of regular pen and save yourself some money!

I was very excited to use the Pogo Sketch on the MacBook Pro trackpad to reduce RSI. I found it pretty much useless. You have to apply maybe 10 times as much pressure than you would with your finger to get the trackpad to register it — in other words, your hand, rather than being relaxed, is full of muscle tension using this thing. Not good for RSI. The product felt like a prototype someone would use to explain the concept. I would really like to see something from Wacom that had built-in clicking on the pen and responded with the lightest of pressure.

Tried on macbook pro !

This may be a substitute if you have gloves on. But this works pathetically in comparison say your own fingers. I have not tried it on a iphone, or a ipod touch, but i assume it would not be any better than using your fingers.

For sure: dont buy this product if you are looking for something for macbook pro !

The reviews complaining about the required force are absolutely correct. The amount of force you must apply to use it with the MacBook trackpad is not only in far excess of the amount of force required with your fingertip, but also feels dangerously close to causing the stylus to scratch into the surface of the trackpad. The amount of force is not as excessive when used with an iPhone, but it is still much more than needed with ones fingertip.

0 stars out of 5 for MacBook, 1 star out of 5 for iPhone. I am highly skeptical of the impartiality of some of the other positive reviews here, especially the incredibly lop-sided ones. Do-it-yourself’ers should use Google instead.

I received my pen about an hour ago when I found that the clip portion was broken off. This is not due to packaging because it came packaged once and then included in another box as I ordered another item. So this is a defective item with no quality control. I contacted the shipper (amazon) and I will see what happens. I will probably end up gluing the tip on. If you have a stick and a tough sponge, save your money.
