Without question, absolutely the worst customer service call center I’ve EVER had contact, including the Supervisor level!! After having selected the product I wanted and paid for overnight delivery, as I was leaving on my trip the following week (8 days should have been plenty of time to ship and receive) the product arrived after I had departed. Fedex returned product after 3 delivery attempts and 4 weeks later I’m still attempting to get my credit…constantly getting disconnected or placed on hold for long periods of time. If you want a TOMTOM product purchase it locally and not direct from TOMTOM…I still can’t believe that a customer service/call center organization can be SO BAD.

I Just completed a trip from California to Victoria BC Canada & back to California this GPS did a very good job and all routes were very good thru California, Oregen, Whasington, Vancover Canada, & Victoria BC Canada. Great Product & shipping.

I was going to switch from a Garmin to a Tom Tom until I read their Warranty.
Basically you accept the unit in an “As is Condition”. No wonder everyone complains about their “No Customer Service”.
