I ordered a battery for a cannon FS100. The invoice for the battery I received indicated it was for an FS100 but was too big for my camera. Since I had opened the package thinking it was the proper battery, I was unable to return it for a refund. Thus, I lost about $60 on this purchase. I am very dissatisfied with this transaction.

Nothing is wrong with this battery except that I probably didn’t need to spend the extra money buying a Canon one. Oh well. I’m sure Energizer or Duracell makes an excellent one for cheaper. Never looked.

I took a trip to Africa and the extra battery was helpful….. buy an extra to be sure and safe.

This is the original Canon replacement ION Battery (BP-808). The price was approximately 37% less than Canon’s Suggested retail price. It will display all the information the original battery does, and it will charge in the Camcorder.
