This case is actually a bit too small for the Coolpix. I can’t zip it shut when the camera is inside. It would also be nice if it had a pocket for the download cord.
It does protect the camera nicely because of the hard material, just wish I could close it effortlessly.

I had to give this case five stars because it really is a great little case! Unfortunately, I would rate Amazon.com with one star in this instance. I bought this case when I bought my Nikon Coolpix L22, because Amazon advertised it along with the camera. However, upon using the case it zipped up quickly and smoothly around the camera, but the zipper immediately separated! First of all, the case is too small for the camera, and secondly, the zipper is incredibly weak.
That being said, this is a great case for items that fit in it, with the exception of the weak zipper. However, don’t buy it for your camera. The Coolpix L22 is a pretty small camera but if you happen to have a smaller one then I would recommend the case.

I bought it with Nikon Coolpix L22 as Amazon page suggested “buy together”. But it is too small for the camera!

This is a good camera case and a great price.
The Nikon Coolpix L22 does fit in this case but it is not large enough if you want to bring extra batteries.
The case is designed for an exact fit of the camera without any room to spare.
It arrived when promised and in perfect condition.

Purchased this for my Nikon Coolpix S4000 and it not only fits great, but the case also holds an extra memory card AND my extra battery without cramming and with no strain on the zipper. Love it!
